Aerial Clinics
Our Aerial Clinics are designed as an additional program for experienced athletes that are looking to get in extra practice to work specifically on their aerials. An aerial is a complicated skill that requires a lot of dedication and practice to learn. It is not something that can be easily accomplished with just a few days of clinics, so it is recommended that students also enroll in on going training in addition to the clinics. We do accept registration for students that are new to Challenge Athletics, as long as they have the essential skills required to start learning aerials prior to registration. Students must already have a very good cartwheel and front walkover to be able to start working towards an aerial. If they have not already mastered those skills, they would need to start off in the tumbling clinic, one of our group classes or private lessons prior to registering for this clinic. Space is limited per day, 8 students per coach. Clinics are drop off, so parents can not stay. We recommend that parents come in 5 minutes before the end time, so the coaches can discuss your child’s progress. Students should bring a snack and a water bottle.
